Muggie Maggie

The title of the book I read is Muggie Maggie. It is all about a girl named Maggie. She is stubborn because she doesn't want to learn cursive at school and when it's time to learn cursive she writes it very sloppy. 
Maggie wants to type on the computer and not do cursive. She writes her cursive sloppy on purpose so her name looks like Muggie instead of Maggie. Her teacher helps her learn because she writes on the chalk board in cursive. 
I liked this book because when I was in third grade I liked writing cursive unlike Maggie. I thought it was fun. This book also was funny and serious. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

The Knight at Dawn

The title of the book I read is The Knight at Dawn. The main characters are Jack and Annie. Jack is very smart. Annie is very brave because she went into the castle and wasn't scared.
In the treehouse Jack and Annie looked at a book about castles and the Magic Treehouse took them there! Jack and Annie got captured by guards in the castle. Then they fell in the moat while trying to get away.
I think that the book was great because it was very exciting and had some adventure in it. I would definitely recommend it to others!
